We want to make sure that our products are fabulous and the experience of a makeover photoshoot in Liverpool is an enjoyable one, so every now and then we bring in testers to give us honest feedback - and oh boy can some of them be honest! Today it was Jo who visited us all the way from Leicester so that she could enjoy a bit of pampering and have her photograph taken. She kindly gave us feedbak and told us exactly what she thought - which basically boiled down to "Couldn't have asked for better!" Thank you Jo.

Jo is working on a 365 project, taking a picture every day of the year - and so she insisted on taking a picture of me taking a picture of her!
I'm sure this taxi was prepared to mow Jo down!
